Shipping Terms and Conditions
Please Read Carefully:
We are not responsible for any delays in shipment.
Can I Come In Prints are not signed and numbered directly on the print. You will receive a signed and numbered COA - Certificate of Authentication which you should keep safe, or stick to the back of the print once framed. These can not be replaced if lost.
Customer is responsible for any address errors, unclaimed packages, or shipments that are returned to the sender.
No refunds or exchanges.
Incorrect Address
Please be sure to double check your address, as we cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses, including suite numbers, apartment numbers, or missing information. If your package was sent to the incorrect address, please continue reading below.
Address Changes
While we will make all reasonable efforts to update addresses, all requests for address changes must be made prior to your package being shipped. Once a package has been shipped, we can no longer change the address.
International Deliveries // Duties and Taxes
Some countries may require additional information from you in order to complete your delivery. You, as recipient of your order are responsible for including all the correct contact information on your order. You may also be responsible for additional duties and taxes, so keep this in mind before purchasing. You, as the customer, are responsible for any additional duties, taxes, or fees added by customs.
Missing, Lost or Stolen Shipments
If you package is lost or stolen, I have set up a way for you to get a replacement print for a small fee. If your package is gone, please contact me and we will tell you the options. I unfortunately cannot cover the cost of lost or stolen prints, so please understand in advance that this option does have a small associated cost you will be responsible for.
Delivered but Not Received
If your package shows as delivered - based on the tracking - but you do not have it in hand, it will be assumed to be lost or stolen and you can then request the lost or stolen replacement option.
Damaged Prints
If your package and print/s has unfortunately been damaged in shipping, we can help. You will need to provide us with photos of the damaged package, damaged print/s, and let us know what print numbers you received. These images will need to be provided prior to any replacement being sent out. Once we receive the proof of the print being destroyed, we’ll work with you to send out a replacement. Please note: Free replacements for damaged prints is only available for domestic ( US ) orders. International customer will need to file a claim with fedex and we can then help you with replacing the print, similar to the lost or stolen option above.
Returned Shipments
You, as the recipient, are responsible for any packages that cannot be delivered and - in turn - get sent back to my Los Angeles Print Facility. If the package is received back in LA in good condition ( no damage ) we can ship it back out, however you will be responsible for the return shipping cost ( back to LA ) & the cost to reship the package. For this reason, please be sure to double check your address before purchasing. Also, prints that are returned, but are damaged in the process, will have an associated reprint cost as well.
Chargebacks
Please note all orders are processed under SARAH BAHBAH/ POSSY LLC. If you see this on your bank statement it's us. It is within our rights to cancel orders if a chargeback has been submitted prior to shipment of prints.
High Risk Orders
If your order is marked as High Risk, it is within our right to request further details to verify your identification. We are unable to ship high risk orders out until identity has been verified by proof of ID and Credit Card Authorization.
